Quintessa has led a number of options appraisals studies for UKAEA relating to various aspects of decommissioning and site restoration planning for the Dounreay site, including evaluation of plans for the Dounreay Shaft end state as well as alternative endpoints for the whole Dounreay site. This work has included the facilitation of internal workshop sessions with UKAEA staff and other consultants, including co-ordination of the production of workshop briefing material and development of formal documentation of the options appraisal process. Quintessa staff have also participated in a number of UKAEA-organised stakeholder panel workshops.
