Quintessa supports Well Decommissioning Guidelines

Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) has developed the Well Decommissioning for CO2 Storage Guidelines in response to an action set by the Department of Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) to the UK offshore oil and gas industry. Quintessa has supported the development of Guidelines as a member of the Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS) Risk Assessment working group which advised on geological CO2 storage issues, including the verification of permanent well barriers.
