QIS (Quintessa Information System) has been designed and developed by Quintessa to incorporate our management processes and associated information into an integrated web-based system accessible to all employees. QIS replaces paper-based systems and ad hoc databases and thereby allows company information to be shared, processed and analysed efficiently and effectively across the company. Also, emails generated automatically by the system provide timely information and reminders to employees.

The current version includes the following integrated capabilities:

  • Automation of the timeline of project management approvals required by our Quality Management System (QMS) and storage of key quality-relevant documents.
  • Recording and processing of timesheet information for month-end accounting.
  • Planning of future employee time allocation.
  • Whereabouts of employees and booking of company resources such as conference rooms.
  • Contact database.
  • Management of Quintessa software licencing processes.
