Employee Ownership Effect Inquiry

Over the summer, an independent panel of business leaders, chaired by Baroness Bowles of Berkhamstead, is eliciting evidence about the potential of employee ownership and its contributions to UK productivity growth and corporate behaviour. Seven Ownership Effect panel hearings are being held around the UK, and key findings, conclusions and recommendations will be published in the autumn.

On the 13th July, David Hodgkinson gave evidence to a panel meeting focussed on the ‘role of Employee Ownership in business growth and start ups’ based on Quintessa’s eighteen years as an employee-owned company.
